After graduating in Economics from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Cristiana Procopio began her career in investment banking in 2003, after a short experience at Deloitte Consulting, in the Corporate Finance – M&A Division of the Capitalia Group (now Unicredit), where she assisted, as advisor, some industrial groups in important extraordinary finance transactions.
In 2006 she joined Leonardo & Co. (Banca Leonardo Group), where she remained until 2012, holding the position of Director in the Corporate Finance – M&A Division.
In 2012 she joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti as Head of Equity Investments Energy, Industrial and Real Estate in the Equity Investments – M&A department, where she managed, among other things, all the Group’s extraordinary transactions, also holding the following roles: Member of the Board of Directors of CDP RETI (holding companies in Snam, Terna and Italgas), Director of CDP Immobiliare and its subsidiaries Residenziale Immobiliare 2004 and MT Manifatture Tabacchi Firenze, Member of the Advisory Committees of the real estate funds “Fondo Investimenti per la Valorizzazione” and “Fondo Investimenti per il Turismo”, managed by CDP Investimenti Sgr.
Cristiana Procopio leaves CDP at the end of 2019 and joins Claudio Costamagna’s team as Director of CC & Soci.
