With a degree in Electronic Engineering, Raffaele Gareri has worked for more than 25 years in local public administration (Province of Brescia and Capital City of Rome) in which he has held several top management positions. He has coordinated various innovation projects, some of which have been awarded by ministries and authoritative private institutions.
He served for over 2 years as President of Ento (European Network of Training Organization), an association of the Council of Europe and is co-author with Bas Boorsma of the book A Digital New Deal 2020 Edition.
He holds a Master’s degree in Local Government Management from Bocconi University and in 2018 founded together with Italian and foreign colleagues The Smart City Association Italy, a nonprofit association for the promotion of the urban innovation culture.
From October 2021 he joined Linkem and today he is the Director of Tiscali’s Future Communities program.
