Francesca Coppi

Indipendent Director

Graduated cum laude in 1989 from the Faculty of Law of the University ‘La Sapienza’ of Rome, she later completed her PhD at the Faculty of Law of the University of Perugia and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1992. She has been patronizing before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2004.

In 2011/2012 she was Adjunct Professor of Constitutional and Criminal Law at the Faculty of Medicine of the University ‘La Sapienza’ of Rome.

During her thirty years of professional activity in the firm founded by Prof. Lawyer Franco Coppi, she has gained a deep and consolidated experience in the activities of assistance (judicial and extrajudicial) and legal advice in the public-institutional sector in the field of corporate, tax and banking criminal law, crimes against the public administration and the economy.

She has, in addition, acquired – since 2001 – specific professional expertise in administrative liability and organisation, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. In 2013/2014, she was a member of TIM’s Supervisory Board.
