Graduated in Law, Paolo Faieta begins his professional career in the Telecom Italia Group where he remains, with increasingly important roles, until 2005. In 1995 he becomes Head of Trade Union Relations at the General Management of Telecom Italia, while from 1998 to 2005 he was Head of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at Telecom Italia Mobile.
In 2005 he joins the FS Group, where he holds the position of Head of Human Resources and Organisation of the National and International Passenger Division of Trenitalia.
Subsequently, from June 2008 to March 2016, he is Head of Industrial Relations at Poste Italiane S.p.a.
In March 2016 he joins Tiscali as Head of Human Resources and Organisation.
