After graduating in Economics from ‘La Sapienza’ University in Rome, Stefano Zacutti began his career in Telecom Italia, working in the commercial and regulatory fields, also operating in international contexts.
In 1998 he continued his work experience in other companies in the telecommunications sector: first in Infostrada and then in Blu, with responsibilities in planning and stakeholder relations.
At the end of 2002 he returned to Telecom/TIM, where he remained until 2019, holding roles of increasing responsibility, particularly in the mobile wholesale and positioning areas.
At the end of 2019 he joined Linkem, with the role of Head of Wholesale and Strategy, dealing, among other things, with negotiations with strategic partners (Fastweb, TIM, Vodafone), for the development of active sharing agreements and the launch of the wholesale business unit.
He conceived and launched OpNet, a company operating in the wholesale market of 5G and FWA/FTTX connections, born in 2022 from the separation of Linkem’s Network branch, whose business unit was merged into Tiscali. At OpNet, he first held the position of Chief Revenue Officer and later that of General Manager.
In 2024 OpNet was acquired by WindTre and Zacutti joined Tiscali Italia, where he currently holds the position of Head of Business Transformation & Positioning.
